Synopsis:

Supergirl gets involved with a school for the deaf which is situated in a town where large numbers of children have been born deaf or blind due to some chemicals leaked by a nearby plant. The plant refuses to settle with the school and the community, tying their lawyer up with mountains of paper work. Supergirl tries to force Maurice Reynolds, the plant's head honcho, to settle with the school, but he refuses to co-operate, so she brings in numerous super-hero friends, whose peaceful protest makes the issue national news, meaning the chemicals plant settles quickly.
