HISTORY
A wide-spread organization of criminals who recently appeared in Gotham City, since their leader, Athena II, a.k.a. businesswoman Celia Kazantkakis, wanted to exact her revenge on the Gotham Rossetti mob. After a clash with the Batman "family" of heroes, the Network was crippled, but Athena escaped and will certainly return.
There is no known connection between the short-lived Gotham City super-villain team named the Network or the Network active in Keystone City.
