HISTORY

Seda was a programmed representation of her original creator, one of the Guardians of the Universe. Created billions of years ago, the programming became corrupted and the ring was lost on Earth. For centuries, Vandal Savage sought the ring and came into conflict with Batman. The ring chose Batman, then selected Savage who used its power to erase Batman from history. This proved to be a mistake on Savage's part as he became lost within the ring for years, eventually restoring Batman to help him escape though the two continued their battle.

As the ring opened a portal through time and space, the combatants fought through various points in history with Batman claiming the ring which he surrendered to the Green Lantern Corps.
