- About three months pass in between pages 25 and 26, where Superman is hospitalized in the sick bay at the Justice League Watchtower.
- Superman's history from being sent away from Krypton to Jon's return after having been stuck on Earth 3 is retold in flashbacks in this story, as it happened in current chronology, incorporating elements from various eras.
